All service pricing will be provided before scheduling. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and digital payments. Late or declined payments may incur a service fee.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your service, and we will make it right at no additional charge.

6. Client Responsibilities

Please ensure that personal and valuable items are safely stored prior to service. Pawleys Housekeeping is not responsible for loss or damage to items not properly secured or disclosed.

7. Damage and Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, accidents may occur. Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Pets

We love pets! However, for the safety of our team and your animals, please ensure pets are secured during cleaning visits.
